Manufactured in Liepzig, Germany, this is a wonderful 1920’s Zimmermann in excellent, fully-restored condition.
Finished in high gloss black, the re-polishing was done years ago but has been very well kept and is in wonderful condition. This is the quintessential German style piano that has never gone out of fashion and its mellow rich tone is sought by many.
It is 180 cm long and 150.5 cm at the widest point. The piano has 88 keys, retaining the original ivory, with a medium weight, relatively light if compared to many grands, and 2 pedals. A common complaint with grands is a heavy touch, this piano is then a nice enjoyable piano for those not practicing hours daily!
