Piano Teachers
Here is a list of a few of the piano teachers in Johannesburg and Pretoria who have been involved with Eshelby Pianos over the years.
One can never underestimate the value of finding the right piano teacher to suit the learner. Learning how to play the piano is like learning a new way of communicating. We have been very fortunate to connect and established relationships with some of the finest, best music teachers in Gauteng, many of whom are not displayed on this page. They – in turn – refer customers back to us. Please let us know if you do not find a suitable teacher for your area on this list as we can refer you to someone else.

In 2014, Eugene Dippenaar was teaching 90 lessons in contemporary piano, guitar and vocal teacher in various areas. Unable to accommodate more learners, he founded the Global House of Music and selected and organised various teachers to be a part of his team. In under three years since the schools inception, by 2017, the school has grown from teaching 90 lessons to a remarkable 1 700 lessons per month.
The Global House of Music ethos is that you are never too old or too young to start your journey of learning the instrument of your choice. Eugene and his crew are passionate about music education and recognising the development of each student individually. The Global House of Music is a reflection of Eugene: he is very obviously enthusiastic about inspiring and guiding musical ability, having specifically mentioned his endearment to achieve smiles on students’ faces when they are playing their instruments.
The school offers vocal, guitar, piano, drums, bass guitar, violin, cello, saxophone, oboe, clarinet and flute lessons. Although the school is expanding to other areas, they currently have studios in the Bryanston, Fourways, Centurion and Kempton Park areas. One can also arrange for the music teacher to conveniently teach them in their own home.
