Serial number: 789148. This Model G3 grand piano was manufactured in Japan. It would suit any level of pianist and could be a wonderful option for any serious player or institution.
The piano had a mahogany casing with matching stool, but because the original polyester finish showed cracking, it is currently being stripped and re-polished, and due to demand we thought to change it to a high gloss black. The piano was repolished to a high gloss black finish in 2019.
The piano is a one-owner example. Bought new and really hardly used, it stood in the ex-owner’s only home all its life, moved for the first time in transit to us since then. This larger size grand is very difficult to come-by. It has been a long while since we had one.
It offers a richness of tone not common in Yamaha pianos. The piano has 88 keys and 2 pedals. The dimensions of the piano are a width of 148.5 cm and a length of 185 cm.
The DE 934 Yamaha Grand Pianoforte and stool was sold in 2019.
