Serial number 39055. This Otto Bach was manufactured in South Africa likely built in the late 1980’s and is rather special as it is very unusual to see a black piano from the Dietmann Factory. It has its original high gloss black casing and stool. This is a late model from them, probably built in the later 1980s.
It has a lively but pleasantly mellower tone. The piano has 88 keys – with a medium weight touch – and 3 pedals (the middle one being a celeste felt rail/practice pedal). Its dimensions are a height of 102 cm, a width of 145 cm and a depth of 56 cm.
