Serial number: 35884. This is a late model, likely a late 80’s version, of the Classic design Otto Bach manufactured in the Dietmann factory in the Cape, South Africa.
In a walnut case, the piano is in original condition with very light use, even having its original stool. These pianos are our go-to in the local market. Their longevity and reputation makes them an ever-popular choice for students and teachers. The modern, clean design lends itself well to modern homes.
Its tone is rich and rounded, with a good depth of bass. The piano has 88 keys – with a medium to firm touch weight – and 3 pedals. The middle pedal is a practice pedal – operating a celeste-felt rail. The dimensions are a height of 103cm, a width of 142.5cm and a depth of 55.5cm.
The JAE 136 Otto Bach upright piano and stool is currently hired out.
