Serial number: 89416. This Kemble piano, rebranded B. Squire, has a beautifully grained walnut finish with lovely variation. We see this design and make of piano under many labels, but Kemble is clearly the maker. We find these British pianos have a great appeal among teachers and students.
Original in both appearance and general condition, its uncluttered presence suits a contemporary home. This is the taller, less usual, version Kemble.
The tone is lively and bright – but not tinny – with a warm bass and powerful projection! The piano has 85 keys – with a medium, firmer touch – and 2 pedals. The dimensions are a height of 123 cm, a width of 137 cm and a depth of 61 cm.
