Serial number: 12380. This piano had the ever-popular black casing. Being tall and embellished with brawny ornate features, it was a functional feature in many homes. As is typical of these pianos and matching its appearance, the tone was wonderfully rich and powerful.
But alas, it met the end of its musical journey. Sadly, the required repairs outweighed the value of the piano by January 2024.
