Serial number: 346942. Kawai is a well-considered piano manufacturer; it is a popular make of pianos due to the quality of the manufacture and clearness of tone, which is generally brighter. Although not as well marketed as Yamaha, the manufacturer is ever-increasing in popularity in South Africa suitably matching the head-to-head competition that they have in the eastern market.
This is a very attractive and very compact piano in a walnut casing. The action would suit a more serious pianist as well as a beginner.
