This Model ‘A.2’ Welmar is a premier quality piano from a great manufacturer. Manufactured in England by Whelpdale-Maxwell and Codd, one hears the influence of them previously being agents for Blüthner.
Eshelby Pianos re-polished this piano to a brilliant and bold to a red mirror-finish. It was one of our first bespoke finished pianos – as in taking a modern twist to the traditional finished on pianos, in this case reverting from the typical black mirror finish.
The piano has a rich, mellow tone, 88 keys – with a medium to heavier touch – and 2 pedals. The dimensions of this piano are a height of 109 cm, a width of 144 cm and a depth of 56 cm.
