Serial number: 175146. This is a London-built Steck manufactured in the 1930’s. Eshelby Pianos repolished this piano’s sapele-mahogany casing in 2016, better photographs will be added soon.
The tone is lively to bright, but with being a taller piano, the tone is lovely, rich, well-rounded and strong. One could describe it as an enchanted tone with range. The piano has 85 keys with ivory and 2 pedals; the key touch weight is medium. The dimensions of this piano are: a height of 125 cm; width of 145 cm and a depth of 60 cm.
