Serial numbers: 15518 & 515518. This Knight was manufactured in the 1950’s in South Africa. Unfortunately, the Imbuia casing has obvious wear so, by special request, we painted the piano with Granny B’s Lavender Dream chalk paint (April 2024).
Its tone is lively and warm with a rich bass. The piano has 88 keys – with a medium weight touch – and 2 pedals. The dimensions are a height of 113 cm, a width of 140 cm and a depth of 53 cm.
The DE 529 Knight Upright Pianoforte with stool is currently hired out.
The following photographs show how the piano looked before it was repainted.
