Serial number: 0038612. This Model U121 Young Chang upright piano was manufactured in Korea. The U series began production in the 1990’s, under guidance from Yamaha. This is a professional quality instrument, extremely comparable to other perhaps better recognised Eastern brands.
This is an excellent piano! This model is especially highly sought after. This one’s casing is especially beautiful and must have been a far more expensive model considering the detailing. Fortunately, it retains its original stool too. Finished in walnut with a satin polish, it is an easy choice. The condition is comparable to new.
The tone is a lovely rich full-bodied one. The piano has 88 keys – with a medium firm touch weight – and 3 pedals. The middle pedal operates a celeste-felt rail. The dimensions are a height of 121 cm, a width of 153 cm and a depth of 62,5 cm.
