Samick is a well-recognised Korean brand of piano. We have several of their pianos in our stock and find them to be extremely comparable to competitors and they supersede some in terms of a very high build quality and – importantly – in consistency. Many makers build some good and some bad models, this is not something we have experienced with Samick.
The piano is finished in its original high gloss polish in a walnut colour. We are reluctant to confirm it as a walnut. Note the striking woodgrain. The piano is all in original condition, obviously very well cared for. It is a piano to suit a great many level of pianists.
The tone is rich with a very good bass. The piano has 88 keys, with a medium weight touch of very consistent and silky feel, and 3 pedals. The middle pedal is a practice pedal which operates the celeste rail. The dimensions are a height of 108 cm, a width of 147 cm and a depth of 60 cm.
